Drive to Director
“Leadership isn’t a title you wait for — it’s a decision you train for.”
Refined. Structured. New in 2026!
Drive to Director first launched in 2024 with one goal — to create, guide and support a clear path toward promotion.
Since then, more than 50 leaders have promoted through this program.
As we move into 2026, we’ve revisited, refined, and strengthened the structure. What began as a strong initiative is now a fully built leadership framework.
Drive to Director has been rebuilt as a focused, structured training experience designed to move you from intention → to promotion → to sustainable leadership.
This isn’t just about earning a title.
It’s about becoming the leader who can hold it.
Built With Intention. Designed for Promotion.
Drive to Director is a focused, 90-day structured leadership training offered twice a year.
Spring Cohort: March–April–May
Fall Cohort: October–November–December
This is not rotating content. This is not seasonal inspiration.
This is a refined, repeatable leadership framework designed to be taken once — with the goal of promoting out.
The structure focuses on the core elements required to grow, sustain, and repeat:
✔️Clear business basics
✔️Sponsoring systems that duplicate
✔️Consistent volume-building rhythm
✔️Accountability habits that stick
✔️Skill-building that supports real-world momentum
This program supports what actually moves the business forward:
Sponsoring. Selling. Team development.
The goal is not simply participation.
The goal is promotion.
And once you promote, you step into leadership equipped — not scrambling.
Drive to Director is designed to create clarity before the title…
and stability after it.
Who is this for.....
Emerging Leaders (Star 3 & Associate Director)
You’re building. You’re showing up. But traction feels inconsistent, or you want to focus on development and promotion.
This program is for you if:
You want promotion with a plan — not pressure
You need clearer systems for sponsoring and duplication
You’re ready to lead before the title
You want structure that builds confidence
Drive to Director gives you the roadmap and accountability to move from effort → to clarity → to promotion.
That's not all....
Since the program has been revised, we are opening this Spring 2026 Cohort to ALL Leaders.
Why?
Because we want you to have visibility.
If you have rising leaders stepping into this program, you’ll be able to see exactly what they’re learning, how they’re being coached, and how to better support their growth in real time. Whether that is now or later!
But maybe this lands differently for you.
Maybe you’re already titled… and you realize you could use a refresh.
A recalibration.
A little structured support around systems, consistency, or sustainability.
This is perfect for you. You haven’t had the opportunity to take this program, so we want to invite you. Not to mention, being able to collaborate, grow and learn with the next generation of Jordan Essential leaders.
This isn’t about going backward.
It’s about strengthening your foundation.
You don’t outgrow structure.
You refine it.

-
Drive to Director is designed around momentum and ownership.
If you miss a live session, you can watch the replay. If you fall behind on homework, you are responsible for catching up and re-engaging.
We will not send individual reminders.
You will receive the full schedule in advance. The expectations are clear. The structure is set.
This program requires personal responsibility and commitment.
Leadership isn’t about perfection.
It’s about discipline. It’s about deciding in advance that you will show up — even when it’s inconvenient.
If you find yourself falling behind, step back in quickly, ask for support inside the group, and recommit.
The structure is here.
The responsibility is yours.
-
Melissa and Hope will actively support you throughout Drive to Director — guiding the weekly topics, leading collaboration inside the Facebook Group, and utilizing Roundtables for discussion, clarity, and shared learning.
You will not be navigating the material alone.
However, for more direct coaching, personalized development, or deeper business strategy conversations, we encourage you to lean into and utilize your Director or upline.
Drive to Director provides the structured framework and leadership education.
Your upline provides individualized mentorship and business-specific guidance. Both matter.
This creates alignment, strengthens duplication, and ensures you are supported at every level.
-
Because the group serves as the collaboration and communication hub, participants should plan to engage there consistently throughout the program.
If you are unable to actively participate inside the Facebook Group, this may not be the right season for you to join.
Leader Participation Note
If you are registering as a current leader, you have flexibility in how you participate.
You may choose to:

orSimply be involved for visibility and support as your team members move through the training
Homework submission is not required for leaders.
You are welcome to participate at that level — but it is entirely optional.
The purpose of opening this first redesigned round to all leaders is not to add another obligation to your plate.
It is partnership.
We want you to see the structure.
To understand the language.
To confidently support your rising leaders — whether they step into the program now or in a future cohort.
