One year ago this month, Ron had open heart surgery—and in a single day, everything changed.
Now here we are, one year later… healthy, thriving, and forever changed.

Spring has always been my favorite season, but this year it carries new meaning.
It feels like renewal in a deeper way—not just in nature, but in how we choose to live, lead, and connect.
This month, I encourage you to focus on three simple things:
Gratitude. What you can do. And who you’re doing life with.
Because at the heart of everything we do—our businesses, our growth, our success—are relationships.
So let me ask you…

Reach out personally.
Send a message, make a call, or record a quick voice note just to check in—no agenda, just connection.Celebrate someone.
Recognize a team member, host, or customer for who they are—not just what they’ve done.Be present.
Whether it’s a party, event, or conversation—put the phone down and truly engage.Offer support before it’s asked for.
Anticipate needs and step in with encouragement, ideas, or help.Express gratitude often.
A simple “I appreciate you” can go further than you think.
When we build strong, genuine relationships—with our teams (upline and downline), customers, hosts, friends, and family—we build a business and a life that lasts.
And that’s what really matters.

PromotionsI joined Jordan Essentials in December 2022. The plan was simple… be a personal shopper, host a party, grab some goodies. I started building a small customer base, then a small team.
That October, my adult son and only child passed away very suddenly. Everything changed. Just breathing became the priority.
Shortly after, the momentum I had built those first several months carried me through to Director but my heart for it was suspended in time. I wasn’t sure I would, or could, continue and stepped back.
But God and JE sisters were there, not pushing, holding space for me, not giving up when I would have.
Start of 2025, I tiptoed back in. Several of my original team were still with me and our total GV that month was $434. Started just showing up. Not perfect. Just intentional and consistent with both customers and team. Show up, share, love people, repeat.
The heart of Jordan Essentials is the lives that we change through our wonderful products but it's also the connections we make with each other through our sisterhood.
One year later almost to the day… from Star 1 team to Diamond Director team. This isn’t a “me” comeback story. It’s a "WE" moving forward story. Small team. Big heart. Lots of grace.
