Be sure to arrive during your designated registration time to pick up your name badge, registration packet, and event materials before the session begins.

Business casual is recommended for daytime sessions. We recommend dressing in layers as the room temperatures can vary.

For Saturday’s Awards Banquet, evening awards attire. The theme is "Enchanted Evening," with a subtle pink/green color scheme.

Will there be free Wi-Fi at the venue?

● Yes! Free Wi-Fi will be available for attendees.

Can I share photos and updates on social media? Is there an official event hashtag?

● Absolutely! We encourage you to share your experience. Use the official hashtag #Jordanvention26 to join the conversation.

Will sessions be recorded for later viewing?

● Yes! All sessions will be recorded and available for replay. The special replay links will be posted on or before July 27 to those who registered either in-person or virtually.

Yes, a notebook and pen will be provided at registration.

River Market is our exclusive Jordan Essentials pop-up store available (first to in-person Jordanvention attendees). If inventory remains after the event, we'll open shopping to our virtual attendees.

No. If you're staying at the Oasis Hotel, simply make your way to the Convention Center for the event. The Convention Center is connected to the hotel, making it an easy walk.

If you're staying at a nearby hotel, please contact your hotel directly to see if they offer shuttle service to the Oasis.

If you're driving, complimentary parking is available at the Oasis Convention Center.

Lunch is provided on Friday and Saturday. Dinner is served on Saturday for Awards Night. All other meals will be on your own.

Seating for Leader Day is open, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

😊 General Sessions
Yes. Seating for the General Sessions is assigned by 2 Diamond Director organizations. Please contact your upline to confirm your team's assigned row and section before arriving.

You'll find several dining options near the Oasis, along with popular food delivery services such as DoorDash if you'd prefer to have a meal delivered.

The Oasis also features Fire & Ice Restaurant, located inside the hotel, offering a convenient option for lunch or dinner. (Reservations can be made online)

Guests staying at the Oasis receive a complimentary breakfast. If you're staying at another hotel, please refer to your hotel's website for information about its dining options and breakfast offerings.

Join us Saturday evening for Emerald Enchanted Evening, a night dedicated to celebrating the incredible accomplishments of our Jordan Essentials community.

💚 What should I wear?

Awards Night is a semi-formal event. We invite you to embrace the evening's enchanted theme with cocktail attire in shades of emerald, sage, pink, or other elegant attire that makes you feel your best.

💚 Who will be recognized?

We love celebrating achievements! Consultants who have earned annual recognition, along with Race to the River achievers and other special recognitions announced throughout the year, will be invited to take the stage.

💚 Can I bring a guest?

Guests are welcome to attend the Awards Dinner with the purchase of a guest ticket before the event. No guests can be added after July 8th. To add a guest please email cindy@jordanessentials.com.

💚What achievements are eligible for recognition?

Awards presented at Jordanvention recognize achievements earned during the 2025–2026 Jordan Essentials fiscal year (June 1, 2025–May 31, 2026). Please refer to the Awards List for a complete list of annual recognitions on JEU. In addition, Race to the River achievers and other special recognitions will also be celebrated.

💚 Was there a registration deadline to be recognized?

Yes. To be eligible for recognition at Jordanvention, you must have completed your Jordanvention registration by May 31, 2026,

If you've earned the Home Office Tour or are attending as the guest of a qualifying earner, please review the following information:

🚨 Please be lined up and ready to board outside the Convention Center by 4:00 PM on Friday.

➡️ Closed-toe shoes are required to participate in the tour.

➡️ The bus will depart promptly at 4:15 PM and cannot be held for late arrivals.

➡️ We anticipate returning to the Oasis at approximately 6:30 PM.
